Got to spend some time with the Sparks family. They were a blast to hang out with and have two amazing children that were full of energy and tons of fun to take pictures of. We did this session right before they went off trick or treating so I was able to get some fun ones of them in their costumes as well. Enjoy

Mark and Shannon got married in Northern Arkansas, and had a wonderful outdoor wedding. I had a great time getting to take part in their story.

So. the trip home. 14 hours through the south. pretty exciting stuff.

then, somewhere in Arkansas, i got bored, and decided to take some photos.

All in all, it was a fantastic journey, and the relationships that were made in New Orleans I will have forever. If you haven't been down to the dirty south, please make the journey. Definitely worth it.

{Louisiana} day 2-4

So. New Orleans was fantastic. Had a great time at the workshops and meeting lots of great new photographers out there. Some of these shots are from a workshop where we followed around the McClellans, and got to learn how they perfect their craft. Here are some photos from the journey:

I also had the pleasure of meeting some vagabond musicians that happened to be passing through New Orleans at the time. They were fantastic

Also, while we were down there got to stop by and say hello to the Mammoth Men at Emiril's restaurant, NOLA, Justin Lyon brought a horse head on the trip and it made for some good times.
