Jay and Taryn were married last weekend on her brother's farm in Ozark, Missouri. It was a southern wedding at it's finest. Taryn's brother converted a horse barn into what is now their home. Yellow accenting was everywhere, with lots of fun details that displayed the wonderful character of Jay and Taryn. The wedding was held outside next to the barn right as the sun was going down.
Jay got his suit jacket custom made. It was freaking awesome.
a five piece bluegrass band from right here in the ozarks played the music for both the ceremony as well as part of the reception
catering was provided by the awesome folks of "da barefoot chef" . They pride themselves on catering organic meals.
After it was all said and done, those that were still there gathered 'round the campfire and shared stories and enjoyed the company of each other. I got to set the camera down and hang out with these amazing folks. It was truly an amazing day with very welcoming individuals that all came together to celebrate this occasion I will never forget.

Oh my goodness!
I just finished shooting my first wedding, so I sit here in awe of the beautiful photos you have taken for this lovely couple. Your talent amazes me. I am inspired by you to continue to learn and grow as a photographer in hopes of being able to capture the beauty of relationships and life, as you do. :)
So, I guess a simple "well done" would have done alright, eh? ;-)
Love it! What beautiful people.
impressive. I love your shots of the details equally as much as all they're creative detail elements themselves. What a fun creative wedding! they couldn't have had a better photographer!
This looks like one of those weddings were all the elements came together, the details, the location, the couple, and of course the photographer. Some great work for sure.
Fabulous photos and by far one of the best weddings I have seen.
